From our humble beginnings in Mumbai, India and the original area of 200 sq. ft. of laboratory, MTLS grew to fill the entire 3000 sq. ft. Lab at Reay Road, Mumbai with a complete Services of Testing Laboratory, sales department and a customer service staff. We have well equipped machines with best services such as Chemical Analysis, Mechanical Testing, Positive Material Identification (PMI), Non Destructive (NDT), Metallographic, Corrosion Testing, Failure Analysis, Hardness Test, Ultrasonic Testing, Thickness Gauge, Radiography, Carbon Sulphur Testing, Dimensional Inspection.
The Laboratory is now 3000 sq. ft. with a layout that appears to have been custom built for the daily flow of laboratory testing. We provide real time display of sample locations and due dates. This technology allows our department managers and customer’s service staff to insure that all testing reaches our clients on time.
MTLS undertakes material testing as per International Standards and specifications as defined by ASTM, NACE, BIS, JIS,BS, GOST, DIN, AISI, SAE, EN, GR, IS and others. We can also carry out carry out testing as per client specifications.
We are approved list of various Govt. Department & Inspection Agencies such as American Bureau of Shipping, Lloyd’s Asia Register, Indian Register of shipping, PDIL, RITES, CEIL, Bureau Verities, DNV, SGS, Indian Oil Tanking.
